Success Academy Harlem 1 Students Score Too Low For Top City High Schools?

Gonzalez: Students of much-touted Success Academy charter school score too low on entrance exam for top city high schools

The founding class of Harlem Success Academy 1 graduated on Friday. The class started with 73 enrolled first-grade students in August 2006, but 32 students were at graduation. And none of the students, who are either black or Latino, got high enough scores test for top high schools.

Welcome Meeting - April 30, 2014

Not even a monsoon could stop the Queens Success Academy Charter School Families! The Welcome Meeting was at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center. We were there in mass! Excited and ready to get started - Next Steps please!

SUCCESS ACADEMY

So, the Success Academy Lottery was held on April 9th.  We didn't attend.  Just waited to hear the results, and waited, and waited.  Well then, we had to have made the waitlist at least - right!  Signed onto the site, no results - so we waited.  Forget this! I called Success and found that we had hit the lottery :)  Mail was not forwarded to the new address???? 


"Sugamouse" will be attending kindergarten at one of the Success Academies in Queens!  Info meeting is on the 30th.
